This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 15B20326Q00000027 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ), for Bread subsistence . This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-06.
