DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT: The U.S. Coast Guard requires services for the contractor to provide all personnel, equipment, tools, transportation, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform a visual inspection of two Oil Water Separator (OWS) systems, clean and remove all material from troughs, catch basins, and OWS tanks, and perform sampling on OWS systems at Base Seattle. The contractor must meet the standards in this contract. All work shall comply with all applicable codes, along with Federal, State, and local regulations. The Government intends to issue a firm-fixed-price purchase order for this project. The full scope of work and specifications will be included in the solicitation documents.
